Welcome to SloJo (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of slo-jo.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or purchasing any of our products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under U.S. law to use this Site or purchase products.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or lack of stock. Your order is accepted when we confirm it via email and payment is successfully processed. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change at any time before an order is accepted.

3. Payments

We accept payment methods as listed at checkout, securely processed via Shopify Payments or authorized third-party processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the method provided. Applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with relevant laws.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within the stated time frame once payment is received. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the Product is delivered to the carrier.

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at orders@slo-jo.com within seven (7) days of your expected delivery date so we can assist. Please see delivery and returns terms and conditions on the home page.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our consumable goods, we only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email orders@slo-jo.com with your order number and reason for return. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable. 6. Subscription (“Subscribe & Save”)

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize SloJo to automatically charge your selected payment method at the specified intervals until cancelled. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date by contacting us or managing your account online. Any discounts associated with a subscription remain valid only while the subscription is active.

7. Product Information & Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images. Slight variations in packaging or labelling may occur. Our products are intended for beverage use only. Always follow instructions and review ingredient information before consumption. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer discounts or promotional codes. Such offers are subject to specific terms stated with the promotion and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, product images, text, and graphics—is the property of SloJo or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SloJo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our Site or Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Product(s) that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SloJo, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Site or Products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for any disputes arising under these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
