Refund and Shipping Policy
At SloJo USA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, and items must be shipped back to us to qualify for a refund. This policy applies to items purchased directly from our site.
Shipping
Our shipments are sent via USPS and UPS mainly. For powders we offer a flat fee of $7 and for concentrate a flat fee of $10. Free shipping will apply for orders over $42. Standard shipping times are 1-3 business days and we cannot guarantee that order will be delivered within this time frame.
Should you need something urgently you will need to contact us telephonically or via email and we would be very happy to assist. All shipping to physical street addresses only.We strive but do not guarantee but pride ourselves on shipping all orders free or paid within 1 working day from receiving the order. Rarely because of situations out of our control, are we unable to do so but make every effort to live up to our commitment.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Original tags must be intact.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy. We will issue a full refund for up to three (3) units of SloJo USA products per order.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Items must be shipped back to the following address:

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at order@slo-jo.com to request a return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Ship items within 14 days of receiving the return authorization to qualify for a refund. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return questions, you can always contact us at order@slo-jo.com.
Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your items carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@slo-jo.com. We will evaluate the situation and make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, including providing replacement items or issuing refunds when appropriate.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item and place a separate purchase order for the desired item. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and you can proceed with your new purchase.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, valid credits will be issued within 20 working days after the product has been inspected and confirmed to be in good resale condition. Please be aware that the processing time for the refund may vary based on your financial institution or credit card provider.
Note: We do not refund any initial shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. If you do not see the refund within 20 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further information.
Items Lost in Return Shipment
SloJo USA and our distributor 6 Degrees North Beverage Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
