Raspberry Dragon Cosmo

A bold and vibrant vodka cocktail bursting with raspberry and dragon fruit flavour, balanced by a splash of lime for a crisp, smooth finish.

Ingredients

SloJo Raspberry Dragon fruit
Ice Blocks
Vodka
Lime Juice
Garnish
Raspberries

Instructions

For an 8 fl oz serving: 

• Measure 1 fl oz SloJo Raspberry Dragon fruit Concentrate in to shake
• Add 2 fl oz of vodka
• Add 0.5 fl oz of lime juice
• Add ice to shaker. Close and shake for 30sec or till frosted
• Double strain into a chilled coupe
• Garnish with raspberries
