Pistachio Martini

A luxuriously silky and delicately nutty cocktail, shaken ice-cold with rich SloJo Pistachio White Chocolate, smooth milk, and crisp vodka, then finished with a velvety cream float and a sprinkle of crunchy pistachio.

Ingredients

• SloJo Pistachio White Chocolate Powder
• Ice Blocks
• Vodka
• Milk

Garnish

• Pouring cream
• Crushed Pistachio

Instructions

For an 8 fl oz serving:

• Measure 1 oz powder in to shake
• Add 2 fl oz of vodka
• Stir well to form a paste
• Add 1 fl oz milk
• Add ice to shaker. Close and shake for 30sec or till frosted
• Double strain into a chilled coupe
• Float cream on top
• Garnish with a crushed pistachio
